Trail description

The trail starts from the Busatte Adventure Park in Torbole. The first part is easy and suitable for families and children then continues with metal staircases fixed to the rocks looking like terraces on the lake.

The stairs are the main feature of this trail, the first one is named 'Salt della Cavra' with its 116 steps, the second one 'Corno de Bò' with 238 steps, the last one 'Val Calcarole' with 33 steps.

There are several panoramic view points from where you can admire the beautiful colors of Lake Garda and the mountains from the North to the South, from Riva del Garda to Malcesine and Limone.

Some information signboards describe the History of the Lake and the plants and animals that live in this area.

After walking one and a half hours along this panoramic trail, you reach Tempesta, a small town. Here it is possible to go back to Torbole on the same path or to take the bus from Tempesta to Torbole. Since this trail is on the East side of the Lake, drinking a lot of water is recommended and to not walk during the hottest hours during Summer.

Bel sentiero sul lago, i miei bambini si sono divertiti a fare le scale.
